    Annual Reports

The WPPSEF is one of four sustainable energy funds in Pennsylvania which were created as the result of the restructuring plans of five electric companies. The Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission has established a statewide sustainable energy board (PA-SEB) to enhance communications between the funds and state agencies.

The WPPSEF and the PA-SEB started to compile an annual report of their activities in 2003. These reports provide an excellent summary of the projects funded by the WPPSEF and the other regional sustainable energy funds.
