Apply for Funding

STEP 1: Investment Inquiry
Download the Investment Inquiry application form. Upon the receipt of the application form, the WPPSEF will provide an acknowledgement letter and an initial assessment of the funding request.

STEP 2: Initial Evaluation
The WPPSEF will work with you to obtain the necessary level of support documentation to begin a formal technical and financial due diligence. A checklist of required items will be provided to you at that time.

STEP 3: Business Plan
The WPPSEF will request a business plan or equivalent. You will also be asked to make a formal presentation to the WPPSEF investment committee. Additional clarification and supporting documentation may be requested to complete the due diligence process.

STEP 4: Term Sheet
Upon completion of the due diligence process, the WPPSEF Investment committee will work with you to draft a preliminary term sheet and conditions which will be presented to the WPPSEF Board.

STEP 5: Final Decision
You will be notified by the WPPSEF in writing after their review. The decision of the WPPSEF Board is final and is not subject to reconsideration.
