Rostraver Public Library Receives Grant for Building Energy Audit and Energy Efficiency Improvements

The Rostraver Public Library (RPL) has received a grant from WPPSEF to pursue recommendations obtained through an energy audit of their building.  The audit (also made possible by WPPSEF) was the first step in the Library’s commitment to utilizing more sustainable energy options.  The RPL Board of Directors used the results to develop an implementation strategy for the recommended alterations.  RPL has authorized LED Lighting of Jefferson Hills to upgrade all lighting to more efficient LED and Envinity, Inc. of State College to retrocommission their HVAC within their grounds and facilities at 700 Plaza Drive in Rostraver Township with the support of WPPSEF.
