State College Borough Water Authority to Implement Advanced Energy Efficiency Technology with a Grant from WPPSEF

The State College Borough Water Authority received a $50,000 grant from WPPSEF to implement variable speed frequency drives on pumps at the proposed Nixon-Kocher Water Treatment Facility. The new treatment facility is essential to providing more than 75,000 people in the Centre region with a consistent supply of clean drinking water, and the pumps that distribute that water are integral.
