State College Community Land Trust receives $125K from WPPSEF for Passive House Multifamily Renovation

This innovative renovation is a deep energy retrofit constructed to Passive House standards—the first Passive House multifamily renovation in Pennsylvania and the second Passive House multifamily renovation in the US. Other key partners are the Borough of State College and Centre County Government.
